SCOPE OF SUPPLY:  Dough Calendaring processing line will consist of hopper for loading the dough. The dough will calendar into sheet form to the required thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm using Stainless steel rollers. The dough sheet will be trimmed for the required size and the trimmed material is loaded into the hopper manually.  These two calendaring units are individually controlled using variable frequency drive and geared motors.

 

 Principle of working: The mixed dough is fed in to the SS hopper. The speed and thickness of the rollers are set. The dough is calendared in the first set of the roller. The thickness of the second roller is set. The out put of this calendaring machine is fed in to the third set of rollers and final thickness of the dough is also set. The speed of the machine is adjusted to get a proper calendaring of the dough. The final dough is sent to the backing oven.

 

  Masala Dispenser: It consists of a calendaring system with hopper in which masala can be loaded. Inside hopper there are rollers through which masala gets spread on the sheet evenly on the calendared dough. It is fixed with speed controls to control the feeding speed to vary the weight of the masala. 

 

Rolling machine: It's specially shaped nylon rollers are fixed which rolls the masala spreaded dough into roll form with uniform speed, the size of the roller can be varied by changing the settings on the machine.  

 

Cutting Machine: The Cutting Size of the product Can be varied by setting the bracket. The speed of the belt and the machine is controlled by using the Variable Frequency drive. The Cutting blade cuts the Dough in the Size set.   All product contact parts will be of food grade material and the machine is claded with stainless steel
