SCOPE OF SUPPLY: Dough Calendaring processing line will consist of hopper for loading the dough. The dough will calendar into sheet form to the required thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm using Stainless steel rollers. The dough sheet will be trimmed for the required size and the trimmed material is loaded in to the hopper manually. These two calendaring units are individually controlled using variable frequency drive and geared motors.
Principle of working: The mixed dough is fed in to the SS hopper. The speed and thickness of the rollers are set. The dough is calendared in the first set of the roller. The thickness of the second roller is set. The out put of this calendaring machine is fed in to the third set of rollers and final thickness of the dough is also set. The speed of the machine is adjusted to get a proper calendaring of the dough. The final dough is sent to the baking oven
